Looking for a new rental property?
You can now view all of our available rental properties on Zillow! Please visit www.zillow.com/rentals to view any of our open units. Please note that all of our rentals are currently located in Habersham County, GA and require a deposit, 1st month’s rent, approved application, and a 12-month lease.
In order to be considered for tenancy in one of our properties, fill out and submit our Application for Rental and one of our Team Members will contact you with a list of available properties. All tenants are subject to a credit, background, and referral check. All of our properties are pet and smoke-free. Forms with incomplete information will be returned and not processed. Once completed, you will receive a notice via email of the acceptance or denial of your application within 5-7 business days if not sooner. We will not answer anything regarding tenancy applications via phone so please submit any requests or questions in writing to our property management team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
ALL OF OUR PROPERTIES OPERATE OFF OF AUTOMATIC ACH DRAFT AT THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH BEGINNING AUGUST 1ST 2020. NO OTHER FORM OF RENT PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED.
